Santa, Stop Here!

Christmas is the time for traditions, and this year Hudson and I started a new one....on the eve of Christmas Eve, we got into some comfy jammies, tuned in to White Christmas on television, and sat down together to whip up a very special (and sparkly) batch of reindeer food for Dasher, and Dancer, and Prancer, and, oh, you probably already know their names.

Hudson had so much fun mixing up this treat for Santa's special helpers. On Christmas Eve, before we left for our traditional visit with my family, Daddy joined us in helping to sprinkle the reindeer food around the lawn.

I'm pretty sure the furry fliers enjoyed our magic mix.
Because, Santa stopped here!

What a cute idea! We always just left out carrots for the reindeer, but spreading that mix on the lawn is so much better.

Treasure every moment because he will grow up so fast.

How much fun he must have had. I bet he was so excited.

Haha, these pictures are way too cute! My niece and nephews made reindeer food and sprinkled it over the grass while I was in the SHOWER. Oh I was so sad I missed it :( I definitely want to do this with my kids though!
And the pictures of your sweet family at your parents home are so pretty! You look like a perfect Christmas angel :) Gorgeous as always! Are you an only child? I love the pictures your parents have in their house of you :)
