Time for a Movie Marathon.

It's Halloween Time.

I love costumes & candy & pumpkin carving.
But, I really love movies.

There is just something about curling up with some candy corn, and watching your favorite flicks to get you in the Halloween mood. And it's not always about scary, spooky, and crazy....I like the ones about friendly ghosts and kooky witches.

So what are my go-to family friendly films for Halloween?
Go check out my guest post on Virginie's Cinema.
(if you've never visited my friend Virginie, you will adore her. I guarantee it. She's a real sweetheart, and a genuine style icon in the making!)

And be sure to let me know in the comments what your favorite Halloween movie is!

You and Hudson need to watch Disney's "legend of sleepy hollow" with Bing Crosby as the narrator (he's my favorite!). It is my all time favorite Halloween movie (weird?). I grew up on it. It's only about 20 min long. Great for a short relaxing moment w Hudson. :) let me know what you think of it!

Well the only one I have seen is Charlie Brown. The others I have not seen or only seen bits and pieces. I did enjoy watching The Haunted Mansion with yall last night though. I am still going to have to stick with Charlie Brown.

LOVE YOU!!!

Ok, totally off subject. I love the cute comments your husband always leaves on your blog! His name title is always the best :) You two are so perfect for each other!
Another totally off subject, I am LOVING the bangs you've been rocking! When exactly did you cut those??
And now onto the subject, I know Goonies totally isn't a Halloween movie, but every time I watch that movie I'm totally in the mood for Halloween! Haha I'm crazy :)

Unfortunately now that I'm in Switzerland I don't get to celebrate Halloween... much. But I think next year I will organize a Halloween party or a Halloween-themed sleepover, and maybe include some scary movies ;-)

Love it, Ash:-) I completely agree Hocus Pocus should be number one- that movie rocks. Disney Channel had a lot of good original halloween movies as well:-)

I'm gonna buy some candycorn today! And I don't understand why you like scary movies..lol... The scariest I'll watch now is suspenseful stuff like The Village.. but beyond that..nothing else! Too scary and too many nightmares!
